What should I do if my system isn’t working properly?

Will my system work when the power goes off?

It depends, some components of our system has battery backup. This battery is capable of sustaining normal operation for several hours. The batteries will recharge automatically once power is restored and its status is constantly monitored. However, some components are operable only with power.

Are the cameras, alarm, battery and trigger button used in the surveillance system tested?

Yes, the equipment used for surveillance is verified by our quality control team.

What do I do if my alarm is beeping or displaying an alert that I don’t understand?

Can I use my old equipment?

Depending on the type of camera you select, you may be able to use some of your old equipment. For example, if you’re using a CCTV set up with some new cameras, you should be able to integrate these with your old system. However, if you’re transitioning to an IP camera system, you won’t be able to use the old cables from your former system.

Can I view live and recorded videos locally?

Yes. Onsite monitoring for both live and recorded video is provided as part of the service.

Our head office is in Seattle, Wa, USA and Monitoring from Karnal, India.

Is monitoring handled in-house or outsourced?

In Live Eye Surveillance Monitoring is handled in-house. With 24/7 hrs security.
